Performance of the radiomics models for predicting microvascular invasion. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis for the training set, the test set and the external validation set showed that the combined model (B) had a higher area under the ROC curve than the CT radiomics model (A). Calibration curves for the training set, the test set and the external validation set showed that both the CT radiomics model (C) and the combined model (D) had strong consistency between estimated probability and observed probability. Decision curve analysis (E) indicated that the combined model was more beneficial for patients than the CT radiomics model
