C-D, a middle-aged woman had a gradually enlarged soft tissue mass in the vulva accompanied by multiple vesicles and chylous leakage for 15 years after cesarean section. MRI coronal view showed a huge soft tissue mass(pink arrow) in the vulva with multiple earthworm-like nourishing lymphatic vessels (green arrows). MRI sagittal view showed the mass originated from the vulva(orange arrow)
