a. Contrast enhanced T1WI shows an extra axial enhancing mass at the right sphenoid wing with dural tail and subtle leptomeningeal enhancement. b. Axial FLAIR image shows adjacent right temporal vasogenic edema. No other lesions found. Findings were favored to represent a meningioma initially. Final workup and pathology revealed breast cancer dural based metastasis
